CSA & Buying Club Updates
Thanks to everyone who participated in the spring, summer, and fall CSA shares from our friends at Lancaster Farm Fresh Coop this year. We all enjoyed the best of the region’s organic vegetables and fruit, and are so grateful we were able to be involved in hosting a pickup site.
We look forward to starting up with the CSA again in late spring, and in the meantime, you can sign up for a Winter CSA Share to pick up at the home of our friend and neighbor around the corner. This year for the first time, Lancaster Farm Fresh is continuing their CSA program through the winter months, and though Ultimo Coffee will not be participating as a pick-up site, you can keep the program in your neighborhood by signing up to pick up your share from our neighbor right around the corner on Hicks Street – you don’t even have to cross a street between here and there!

Note we will continue to be a pickup site for LFFC’s 4 Season Harvest buying club; through this amazing program, you can order fresh, local eggs, meat, milk, and many other pantry items and they will be delivered to Ultimo Coffee every Tuesday. If you’re already a member, you can continue placing orders, and if you’re not, you can join! The first delivery of 2012 will be on Tuesday, January 10 (orders for that day would be due on the previous Friday). Check out details here.
