Coffee Change Up

We have made a change to our coffee menu offerings in celebration of being open for one month.  We are saying goodbye to the lovely Ariel Pajoy Micro-Lot and in its place we will be offering a delicious lot from Nyeri, Kenya called Ndaroini.  This cup features a lot of your typical Kenyan tasting notes including citrus, crisp black currant, peach and a savory “brothy-ness.”  We hope you’ll enjoy it as much as we do!

Hey Aaron, how much longer do you expect to keep the Idido Misty Valley around?

Should have it for at least another few weeks, if not longer. It’s all going to depend on what become available from Counter Culture Coffee in the next month or so as far as coffees we would like to feature are concerned. We are almost knee deep in Central American coffee season and I know there are going to be some beauties available soon that I’m going to want to feature.

Ooooooooooh I like the sound of that. Central Americans are generally my favorites. I’ll have to pick up some Idido before it goes away and drink it quickly so it’s gone when the new Americans come around…
